How is a rental paid for?

Rentals are paid by credit or debit card at booking, by phone or by a secure payment link. Long-term rentals charge the card on file at the start of each 28-day cycle. Approved contractors may be invoiced. Drivers do not collect payment.

How do renewals and billing cycles work?

Event rentals cover delivery the business day before the event through pickup the business day after. Long-term rentals bill in 28-day cycles, renew automatically at the same price, and are not prorated. Billing stops at the end of the cycle in which you request pickup.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel by 3:00 PM the business day before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Restroom trailers must be cancelled 7 or more days before delivery for a full refund; later trailer cancellations are refunded minus a 25% reservation fee. Once a unit is delivered, the rental period has started.

Who is responsible for damage, tipping and vandalism?

The renter is responsible for units from delivery until pickup. Tip-overs caused by people, animals or equipment are cleaned for $95 per unit. Damage beyond normal wear, fire, graffiti, or a lost unit is billed at repair or replacement cost. Wind tip-overs of units we staked or strapped are cleaned at no charge.

What do you need for delivery and pickup?

We need a level, firm spot within about 25 feet of truck access, clear of overhead wires and obstructions, and accurate placement notes and gate codes. If a unit cannot be delivered or picked up because of an undisclosed obstruction or locked access, a $65 return trip fee applies.

What can't go in a portable toilet?

Only human waste and toilet paper go in a portable toilet tank. Trash, diapers, wipes, paint, chemicals, motor oil, cooking grease and hazardous materials are not allowed. Contamination that requires special handling, extra pumping or hazardous disposal is billed to the renter at cost.

How do I request pickup or an extra service?

Call or text (320) 205-2410 with your name and the site address to request pickup or an extra service. Pickups are scheduled on the next available route, usually within 1–2 business days of your request. Extra service visits are $65 per unit and are confirmed before the truck goes out.

How do I get an itemized quote?

Six fields. We text or call back with one total that includes delivery, pickup and servicing.
