How do alcohol, food and guest mix change the count?

Add 1 unit for every 4 units when alcohol is served, with a minimum of 1 extra. Add 1 hand washing station for every 4 toilets, and at least 1 beside any food stand. For events where most guests are women, add 1 unit for every 4 because lines form faster.

Worked example: a 150-guest wedding reception, 6 hours, with a bar. The chart says 6 units. Alcohol adds 1 (6 ÷ 4 = 1). Total: 7 units, or a 2-stall restroom trailer plus 2 standard units. Add 2 hand washing stations.
